The Thailand is geographically located in the Eastern Asia region. Climate wise it is wet and hot, it is one of those typical tropical countries and it is best for agriculture and plantation. Thailand is known to have three seasons; they are cool season, hot season and rainy season. Even though it is said that it is cool season, it is not as cool as many people think. Even though it is in rainy season, it does not mean that it rain significantly all day like other countries. But for hot season, it is for real.
Thailand is overall a flat land which hardly has any valleys or hills unless visiting northern country side, which makes this country easier to construct roads and buildings. Surprisingly, it is extremely flat that it has no problem jogging and mountain biking around Thailand. On the other hand, probably because of this reason, automotive has been very popular in this country.
Cultural
The Thai culture is strongly influenced by Buddhism and Hindu. It is Theravada Buddhism which has typically influenced in this country. The Thailand main different cultures are separated into five region, which are North, Northeast (Isan), East, South and Central.
The Thai culture has been protected for a long time since it has never been a colony of other country. It is known to be the only one Asian country which has never been a colony. In the olden days, Thai country used to be a strictly Buddhist country. However, in the present, since other religious grew and in Buddhism is an open religion, the country accepted other religion to enter the country. Even though that is the case, Buddhism is still one of the strongest religions in Thailand.
Sightseeing
Many foreigners visit Thailand for many different reasons. One of those reason is Thailands wide varieties of entertainments depending on the regions where the foreigners are visiting. One of the most popular sites-seeing locations in Thailand would be the Buddhist temple and the beach. However, there are many place in Thailand that you have to visit than those two sites. There are mountains, waterfalls, caves and cultural activities all around, which many foreigners didnt know about. For that reason, there are Thailand tourist organization activities known as Amazing Thailand.
